Online Mediation Now Offered

When the state of Texas shut down, Tarrant County courts limited the number of cases set for trial to reduce the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Many residents expecting to have their cases heard have had hearings and trials canceled. It could be months before they are rescheduled to appear in court. DRS North Texas, Inc. is giving litigants an opportunity to resolve their disputes sooner by providing mediation services online. Cases referred to DRS North Texas, Inc. will be scheduled to mediate on Zoom by one of DRS volunteer mediators. To request a mediation, please visit www.drsnorthtexas.org/mediation/case-forms.
