A Grand Year for Administrative Assistant Fran Lines
November 7, 2016
(Fort Worth, Texas)… Administrative Assistant Fran Lines values working at Dispute Resolution Services of North Texas Inc. Her overarching sense of dedication and commitment is evident in the three anniversaries she celebrates this winter. November 6, 2016 marked Fran Lines’ tenth anniversary as administrative assistant for DRS of North Texas. A native of California, Mrs. Lines relocated to Texas nearly 40 years ago. At the beginning of Mrs. Lines’ career, type writers and mimeographs were the standard equipment. Many things have changed since then, but her class, professionalism, and welcoming heart have remained steady. A great ambassador for DRS of North Texas, Mrs. Lines compassionately answers daily questions from callers seeking mediation services and warmly greets clients appearing for their mediation appointment.
“As a part of DRS of North Texas,” she states, “I am able to be part of a ‘ministry’ to the community”.
In addition to being one of the first voices or faces of DRS North Texas, Mrs. Lines manages accounts receivables, provides administrative assistance to the executive director, and assists with preparations for special events such as the annual volunteer banquet, Christmas Open House, and Synergy Expo.
Mrs. Lines previously worked as an office manager and executive secretary for a number of respected organizations, arming her with valuable skills that have become indispensable to DRS North Texas. Her strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and impeccable organizational skills have undeniably furthered the success of the agency especially during times of transition. “I feel blessed every day,” says Mrs. Lines, “to help my colleagues and our clients.”
Ten years of dedicated services at Dispute Resolution Services of North Texas Inc. is one of three anniversaries that Fran Lines will rejoice in this winter. In December, she and her husband Charles Lines, Jr. will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. The merry couple will commemorate this monumental anniversary with close friends and family. Also in December will be the 76th anniversary of Mrs. Lines’ birth. As her next birthday approaches Fran exclaims that she “intends to keep on truck’n”. Without a doubt, 2016 is a grand year for Mrs. Fran Lines. As the saying goes, “Good things come in threes”.
