How To Direct Inquiries

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the office of DRS North Texas is closed to the public; however, staff is available to answer inquiries via email. Each inquiry should be directed according to the following instructions:

1) In order to help us better serve you, please DO NOT merge multiple inquiries into a single email. Each inquiry should be sent via separate emails.

2)    Basic Mediation Training scheduled to begin on Thursday, March 19, 2020 has been cancelled. Attendees and volunteer trainers have been contacted via email regarding the cancellation and will continue to be updated via email as we work to reschedule the training. Inquiries by currently registered attendees and currently scheduled trainers of this Basic Mediation Training should direct all inquiries to training@drsnorthtexas.org.

3)    Cases Currently Scheduled for Mediation
If your case is already scheduled for a specific time and date, please note that your Case Specialist will be contacting you directly as soon as possible. All inquiries should be directed to the specific case specialist assigned to your case. Your Case Specialist has been your point of contact and her name will appear on any correspondence you have received from DRS North Texas, Inc. Please include your DRS Case Number and your name in the subject line of all emails. Your DRS Case Number, xx-xx-xxxx, can be located on any written correspondence you have previously received from DRS North Texas, Inc. Please DO NOT send information regarding multiple cases in a single email. Multiple inquiries in a single email will only hinder our ability to efficiently and effectively serve you.

Inquiries for Case Specialist, Annette Smith, should be directed to annette@drsnorthtexas.org.

Inquiries for Case Specialist, Tonyel Amie, should be directed to tamie@drsnorthtexas.org.

4)   Cases Pending but Not Yet Scheduled
If you have a case pending with DRS that has not yet been scheduled, you were assigned a case specialist at the time your case was opened. Please contact the assigned case specialist with inquiries. Should your case specialist contact you, please reply promptly and fully to your assigned case specialist. Please include the DRS Case Number and your Name in the Subject line of your email. Please address only 1 case per email. Multiple inquiries in a single email will only hinder our ability to efficiently and effectively serve you.

5)    To Open a New Case
If you would like to open a new case, please go to http://www.drsnorthtexas.org/mediation/case-forms/ and complete the appropriate Mediation Request Form for your case. Please complete a separate Mediation Request Form for each individual case. Please complete the form and return the completed form(s) via email to drs@drsnorthtexas.org.
