The mission of the Level II Mediation Program of Dispute Resolution Services of North Texas (DRS), is to provide a means by which DRS can expand its service to the legal and judicial communities by allowing parties to choose their mediator from a select list. Additionally, this program provides an opportunity for further development of DRS volunteer mediators by recognizing their commitment to and experience with DRS’ mediation program.

Yes, each party will be assessed a non-refundable, $40 administrative processing fee, as we do with all other cases. In addition, parties selecting a Level II mediator will be charged $150 per party, per day. The total, therefore, for each party, for an all day session with your chosen mediator, is $190.

You get the mediator you select at a fraction the costs of private mediation, and the expertise of the most experienced mediation service in Tarrant county.
